What started as a small operation resurfacing bathtubs and tile for contractors and single-family home investors quickly proved that passion and hard work could conquer any obstacle. As word spread, the scope expanded: investors turned to them for larger renovations, transforming the modest service into a full-scale renovation management powerhouse. From simple maintenance tasks to complex, large-scale projects, Founders Maintenance and Restoration became a testament to the power of humble beginnings and relentless innovation.
Recognizing the opportunity for even greater impact, Josh and Tiffany welcomed key partners Doug Rains and Caleb Moseler, whose decades of industry expertise brought strategic vision, operational strength, and a shared commitment to raising industry standards. Together, the team expanded beyond single-family homes into multifamily properties, commercial buildouts, and government work—proving that every facility, regardless of type, deserves white-glove care and uncompromising quality.

In Spring 2025, drawing directly from the lessons, expertise, and reputation earned through Founders Maintenance and Restoration, Founders leadership partnered with Chris Nagel and Scott Whitehurst to launch Founders Facility Services. This new entity was created to focus exclusively on the government sector, delivering the same premium, private-level service and competitive pricing to federal, state, and local agencies that had defined the original company’s success.
In just its first year, Founders Facility Services secured millions in new contracts and supported a multitude of agencies with tailored maintenance, restoration, and readiness solutions—from floor refinishing at schools like New Hampstead K–8 to pressure washing Savannah Tech campuses and greening City Hall. This rapid growth culminated in Chris and Scott becoming full partners, further strengthening the leadership team and solidifying the Founders family of companies as a dynamic force in facility services.
Today, Founders Maintenance and Restoration continues to thrive as the versatile, full-service powerhouse serving multifamily, commercial, and broader needs, while Founders Facility Services stands as its specialized government-focused counterpart—bringing white-glove excellence, unique problem-solving, and mission-critical reliability to public institutions at every level.
